Established in 2004, IUE Faculty of Fine Arts and Design consists of Architecture, Textile and Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, and Visual Communication Design departments, working in harmony and integration with each other. This year again, together with our dear students and valuable instructors, we have prepared a digital catalog, which meets the requirements of our current age. We present to you, a digital catalog with two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of graduation projects and videos related to projects prepared by approximately 200 students who will graduate from our faculty this year. In this digital catalog, as well as to exhibit our students’ graduation projects, we provide their portfolios to be shared simultaneously in the professional platforms in Turkey and the world. In this way, we also ensure the promotion of the works of our Faculty and our students. At the end of a difficult process that took about two years, we have determined the theme - "Horizon", together with our creative team, for our digital catalogue and the 2022 graduation projects exhibition that we will hold face-to-face. Horizon symbolizes the graduation dreams of our students. Just like the sun rising from the horizon, our students are also stepping into their new lives. At the same time, we think that the horizon represents our students' dreams about the departments they will graduate from, their lives after graduation, in short, their future. While creating the visual identity of the “Horizon” concept, we imagined our departments as suns rising from the horizon, one after the other, in order to emphasize the design education, which consists of five design departments intertwined with each other. On Monday, July 4, we will hold the Graduation Exhibition and Fashion Show, as well as open our digital catalog.
