The design employs locally sourced materials, such as limestone, wood, ceramic tiling and recyceld glass. The building's structure is made of low-carbon concrete, which reduces up to 30% of CO2 emissions, and made of recycled steel. In addition to the rainwater harvested from the roof also combined with technologies applied across the building for produce hydro mechanical energy from gutters, the roof and the additions of the support building will feature integrated sun energy collection technologies.
