The project aims to attract people to the seaside, improve the lives of citizens and integrate them with the sea by designing a waterfront center in Mavişehir, Karşıyaka. Regardless of age, every citizen is invited to enjoy some quality time at the Waterfront Center. The building complex consists of a marina, sailing & rowing club, hostel, and a fishing co-op. Building masses, with various level differences, are clustered on the seaside, thus ensuring the relationship of the facilities with the water.
