Every detail of the facility, which is located in Mavişehir and aims to encourage people to water sports, has been thought through in detail. The design was based on the integration of the people of İzmir with the sea. In addition to the facility, which includes a marina, sailing and rowing club, pension, and a fisherman's shelter, an urban beach, and landscape design have also been analyzed and integrated. The main purpose of this project is to enable people to do sports with maximum enjoyment and to get to know maritime better. It is aimed to protect the relationship of the buildings with the sea and for this purpose, multi-story buildings are avoided and designed at minimum height.
