The urban strategy of the project is to increase accessibility. The Waterfront Center and marina is a mixed-used area that combination of rowing and sailing club, technical and mechanical rooms, a fishing co-op, and a hostel. Therefore, accessibility is at a very important point and ramps were used to combine these four important functions and to increase accessibility. Thus, the landscapes that people can watch with pleasure are both against the sea and against the greenery. At the same time, this combination idea is supported by walkable roofs and it is expected to increase interaction between people by creating both private and public areas.
