The pavilion, which is the embodiment of the water flow, its passages serve as portals. From the outside, what is inside is unpredictable because some entrances are closed by water mist, so people are wondering to enter inside. Thanks to its pavilion form, it can direct the rain water, so the pavilion is not only a visual but also a useful place for collecting rainwater. The form of the supporting buildings was designed to repeat the pavilion. The places where the workers and the public could go were separated and gathered under the same roof.
