Red Line Marina is a complex consisting of a Fisherman's Cooperative, a sailing club, a hostel, and a new fisherman's shelter, designed to replace the old fisherman's shelter in Mavişehir, Izmir.
The project consists of arranging functions on the main axis connecting the existing walkways and giving the project its name. This axis goes up with the help of ramps and connects to the view terrace, which is a more touristic area with restaurants and shops.
Functions are arranged in a U shape around a courtyard. With the help of the gaps, the sea air is carried to the courtyard, and even if these two elements are separated by a red line, they are always connected and act together. The red line is a separator, guiding, transparent, and balancing.
