The project site is located at Inciralti, next to the exit of Ilica Creek to the Gulf of Izmir, where the water of the land meets the water in the sea.With the sense of usage general aim to reach the water with highlighted water pavilion. Also, the water pavilion located according to this usage, meeting point of sea and creek. Site divided two part according to hot weather and cold weather usage because of the harsh wind effect. For usage, trying to create variety open, semi-open and close areas of course supported with green areas.
