Located in Mavişehir, this area aims to make the coastline more attractive, strengthen users' ties with the sea and create an active port city. Depending on the landscape created by providing transportation facilities to the area, the marina, sailing and rowing club, hostel and fisherman's cooperative are integrated. While doing this, parallel single-storey building masses were created in order not to cut off the connection with the sea and to create an interactive coast, and a common integrity was ensured by establishing a connection between them with roads and a common shelter. This coastline strengthens users' connections with the port and encourages them to do water sports.
