It is the geographical name of the area where the rivers fed by many streams join the sea. The design is to create an area that gathers like a estuary within its own body, nourished by the activities carried out in different facilities in İzmir depending on the sea and rivers. It aims to strengthen society's relationship with the sea and the river and to redefine it in a way that encourages individuals to discover, learn and experience activities related to the sea and rivers.
