The project is a structure that includes a water sports center and fishermen in İzmir. The project area is İzmir Mavişehir. Inside the building, there is a controlling&technical services for the control of yachts and fishing boats, a salling&rowing club for practice and training, a hostel for boarding guests, a fisherman's coop for fish auctions and a control tower for controls on the sea. The outer surface of the building is glass. The purpose of this is to ensure the relationship of the building with the environment.
